Feedback and Support

The feedback and support window allows the user to send feedback directly back to Mugginsoft, to make a support request and to report bugs. A functioning Internet connection is required to use these facilities and all information is forwarded to support@mugginsoft.com. The feedback and support window can be displayed in the following ways:

• Select menu KosmicTask - Feedback and Support...
• Select the blue feedback icon in the top right hand corner of the title bar.

The feedback and support window contains the following controls:

Support - Feature Request - Bug Report

The tab control selects the type of feedback to be sent.

Include my email address

Select in order include the displayed email address with the feedback. This is required for a support request.

I want a personal reply

Select if a personal reply to the displayed email address is required.

Send

Send the feedback to Mugginsoft via the Internet. The send button will remain disabled if no feedback text has been entered or if the required email address field is empty.
