All tasks, both user and application defined, are saved in the user's Documents folder at <user name>/Documents/KosmicTask.

Task types

User defined tasks are saved in the User Tasks subfolder. Application tasks are saved in the Application Tasks subfolder.

File format

All tasks are saved as XML data with a KosmicTask file extension.

File name

Each task is saved using a unique identifier as its file name. This prevents task name collisions. The task ID can be viewed in KosmicTask - select a task and click the info button in the task panel.
